Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Orders with stationery items only are sent through regular local postal services without tracking number to keep the costs low. On the other hand, Apparel items are shipped with lowest price carrier at the moment with tracking number provided when the order is fulfilled. We ship from Canada.

& REFUND POLICIES

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN an item and get a refund?

All returns/refunds are to be ran by me within 30 days of fulfilling the order. If the items are damaged or the quality is not as advertised kindly get it touch with us through ou contact form and we will do our best to find a solution together specific to your demand. In case of return, additional shipping costs are to be paid by customer. Please carefully check the sizing charts before ordering as exchanges for a different size are not accepted.

LOCAL PICKUP

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP AN ITEM IF I LIVE IN MONTREAL?

If you are willing to pick up an order in person, check out our upcoming events list and message me before ordering so I can waive the delivery fees for this specific order. If you can’t make it to our event, feel free to message me and we can try working something out ;)
